Description:Position Overview:
Lockheed Martin's Aeronautics business is looking for a Security Representative Sr. within the Security & Emergency Services (SES) organization in Fort Worth, TX.
The primary mission of the SES organization is to mitigate risk and promote the safety and security of company personnel and assets, and to ensure compliance with U.S. government and other customer security requirements in support of U.S. national security interests.
The chosen candidate for this position will perform as a Security Representative Sr. supporting multiple SAPs within the P51 portfolio of the Advanced Development Programs (ADP). The P51 portfolio is home to many contracts, each with its own requirements and customers, spanning a wide range of security levels. The candidate selected for this role will serve as ACPSO for one specific contract within the portfolio.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, with a strong background in Industrial Security and a passion for thinking outside the box to identify creative solutions to unique security problems. This role requires a specialized blend of collateral/SAP security expertise (particularly with transportation plans and media control), communication skills, attention-to-detail, and innovative thinking to address security challenges while enabling the portfolio's rapid pace.

Basic Qualifications:
• Be able to work successfully within an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment alongside other functional teams
• Have experience developing relationships with different stakeholders (PMs, Program Offices, etc.) to understand their unique security requirements and provide tailored support
• Be able to design and implement security policies that balance risk management with business needs
• Experience with SAPF procedures, media control, transportation plans, and security education
• Well-versed in pertinent Industrial Security guidance, to include 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and DoDM 5205.07
Desired Skills:
• At least a Secret security clearance, current within the last 6 years, with ability to obtain Top Secret and SAP/SCI access
• Familiar with personnel security (PERSEC), physical security (PHYSEC), Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG)
• Be self-driven and results oriented, capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently and across an ambiguous and uncertain landscape
• Be highly organized and have advanced oral and written communication skills, as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
