Description:
Lockheed Martin is seeking a Systems Integration and Test (I&T) Engineer to support program I&T planning and execution on RIG-360. This individual will support subsystem integration and test, flight testing, lead and/or support laboratory testing, and preparation of test related documentation. Close coordination with multiple laboratories, facilities, and teams is necessary.

What You Will Be Doing

The Candidate will support system and subsystem testing leading up to flight testing at the White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), NM. Additionally, the Candidate will support the following System Integration and Test (I&T) assignments:
• Support test plans and test procedure development
• Support range planning and coordinating flight tests
• Verify that integrated HW and SW modules can achieve the overall physical, functional and performance objectives.
• Verify that system interfaces are compliant to associated ICD's.
• Interface with suppliers to assure that their components are properly validated prior to delivery.
• Manage security issues including protection of classified hardware and software, and software loading requirements.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. A US Government Secret Clearance is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) or related discipline or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 5+ years work experience in any of the following: Systems Development, or Systems Integration and Test, or Systems Production Testing
• Experience in supporting technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, and formal system development/qualification/certification
• Active Secret DoD Clearance required to start (US Citizenship required)
Desired Skills:
The following are desired skills and capabilities for Systems Integration and Test (I&T) assignments:
• Knowledge and familiarity with PAC-3 system, SHIELD/IFMC customer, and flight test experience is desired
• Demonstrate the ability to operate comfortably with software engineers, designers, and production personnel.
• Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot problems and coordinate other integration participants for I&T program efficiency.
• Experience generating test plans and procedures
• Experience planning and coordinating flight tests

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
