Job Description

Overview

We're hiring a Field Product Lead to own how the SPECTR system is configured, deployed, and evolved in real-world environments. You'll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and field delivery-ensuring each customer deployment is tailored to operational needs while feeding critical insights back into the product roadmap.

This is not a purely technical or purely product role-it's both. You'll make configuration decisions in the field, guide SMEs, and ensure that what we build aligns with how the system is actually used.

you thrive in ambiguity, can balance standardization with real-world constraints, and know how to turn field feedback into product evolution, this role is for you.
Who We Are

We're not here to maintain the status quo-we're here to rewrite it and innovate at the pace of need. Our team is laser-focused on delivering next-generation RFID, mesh networking, and IoT-enabled capabilities to the DoD-bringing real-time visibility to real-world operations.

We operate at the edge-on ships, in ports, and across logistics hubs-where technology meets mission reality. If you're ready to translate operational needs into product capability and make systems work where it matters most, keep reading.
