Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: coordinating the objectives and plans of a nuclear material inventory program, developing new or revised procedures and practices (e.g., alternative sources of supply) to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of inventory management and material readiness.

This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.

- You will be responsible for the complete inventory management, technical and administrative, of all Nuclear Reactor Plant components and material
- You will receive material from various sources and initiate action to ensure material is inspected, tested, refurbished, and certified as acceptable for use
- You will maintain accurate and complete records for each component
- You will plan for new items by ensuring that technical manuals, contracts and certification reports are on hand
- You will serve as building manager for facilities which house all Nuclear material.

- This position may require travel to places within and outside the contiguous United States which could include remote or isolated sites. You may be required to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
