Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector
1) Comprehensive knowledge of inventory management and inventory accuracy policies and procedures to maintain and control and accountability of all material received, issued, stored and disposed and improve inventory record accuracy and auditability; 2) Knowledge of supply system operations and procedures, the Product Data Reporting and Evaluation Program (PDREP) and material and equipment used in Public Works facilities, utilities and transportation services; 3) Knowledge of and skill in applying analytical tools, use of automated information systems and in written and oral communication.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
Conditions of Employment continued:
~ Incumbent must be able to successfully complete the following training courses within a prescribed timeframe:
- Fork Lift training
- OSHA Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER)
- Basic First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) course

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.B. or J.D., if related

- You will maintain management oversight and is accountable for all shop store and truck stock inventories in accordance with established regulations and procedures.
- You will perform physical inventories, physical location audits, wall-to-wall inventories and re-warehousing.
- You will be responsible for daily oversight and management of the NAVFAC Shop Store and warehouse to ensure the shop stores and warehouse are organized, work is accomplished safely and efficiently, and customers are assisted promptly.
- You will process requisitions to purchase material, supplies and equipment from the General Services Administration (GSA) Fourth Party Logistic (4PL) Store etc. by reviewing PRs, creating and approving POs, and receipting POs in the system of record.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- Incumbent must possess a current Forklift certification; or, I am willing and able to attain a Forklift certification within one year of selection.
- Incumbent must be able to lift 40 pounds unassisted using proper lifting techniques and over 40 pounds with approved lifting devices, weight handling equipment or with assistance from other employees.
- This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.
