BAE Systems is the premier provider of Full Motion Video (FMV) exploitation. We are currently seeking high performing Intelligence Analysts to support an operational cell with video forensics and in-depth research analysis.
Analysts must be able to work in a fusion cell, specifically integrating GEOINT, IMINT, FMV, among other INTs, into intelligence products. Candidates must have the ability to exploit various kinds of video footage collected by (ISR) mediums, as well as in-depth, advanced research culminating in comprehensive, fused, multi-INT intelligence products.
IMPORTANT: Candidates must possess an active counterintelligence polygraph to be considered and be willing and capable of passing additional polygraphs by the Government, if necessary.

Full-Time Salary Range: $95106 - $161680
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- 5 years of combined Intelligence experience, which may be supplemented by a Govt. approved degree (AA = 2 years, BA = 3 years)
- At least 3 (of the 5) years of full-time and/or active-duty working in a working in a C4ISR Multi-INT analysis and exploitation environment with at least 1 full year of analyzing real and near real-time motion imagery or FMV.
- Must possess TS/SCI clearance with current CI polygraph
- Work a standard M-F, 40-hour work week but be flexible to work atypical work hours when/if necessary.
- Must be capable of performing deep analysis, demonstrate superior critical thinking skills, and communicate verbally as well as in writing, briefing, and reporting intelligence products.
- Must be a self-starter, taking the initiative to prioritize and solve routine tasks and positively impact customer and other stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Suite: MS Word & MS PowerPoint.
- Intermediate proficiency in using ArcGIS or similar Geospatial software toolsets.
- Must be an advanced keyboarder/typist with ability to type 32 WPM with minimal mistakes.
- Should possess strong visual skills and accurately discern colors, black and white, etc.
- Must be capable of earning a GPC-F certification, if necessary.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Over 5 years of Intelligence Analysis experience supporting both motion video and Imagery product development
- A GPC-F, IA, or GA certification
- C4I PACOM/INDOPACOM expertise
- Advanced ARC-GIS skills
