Customer Relations Manager

Seeking a Customer Relations Manager to support the UX Strategic Operations team on an Air Forceprogram. This individual will serve as the primary interface between Air Force customers and technical teams.

Core Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between 844 CG customers and technical teams, facilitating two-way communication
• Maintain a strong on-site presence at JBAB, engaging with unit leadership and anticipating mission impacts
• Communicate program capabilities and strengthen the customer-program relationship
• Support the UX Manager in delivering strategic UX initiatives and projects

Customer Experience / Operations:

• Oversee overall customer experience to ensure expectations and performance goals are met
• Maintain ongoing engagement through surveys and in-person discussions
• Identify trends in feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently

Analysis & Process Improvement:

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventative actions
• Apply business process improvement methodologies (data modeling, workflow analysis, performance measurement)
• Support development of information models and system/process standards
• Provide reporting and insights to leadership to improve service delivery

Requirements (LCAT Aligned):

• 6+ years experience (4+ years specialized) in:
• Information systems / business analysis / systems design / programming
• Experience with:
• Business process improvement
• Data analysis and reporting
• Stakeholder/customer engagement in enterprise environments
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience substitution)
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
