Job Description
Seeking a highly motivated and driven Windows/Linux/VMware Systems Administrator to work Onsite schedule supporting enterprise IT for our War-fighter customer who upholds America's status as the "Land of the Free" every day, at work, or at play.

COMPENSATION
The likely salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually. This is not, however, a guarantee of total compensation or salary or any other compensation offered. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Rollout Systems offers a variety of benefits including health insurance with domestic partner coverage, company-funded health savings account and life and disability insurances, 401(k) matching, 401(k) profit-sharing, education assistance, paid time off, and paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, location, and schedule type.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide engineering solutions for various and unique problem sets and customers in a government software hosting facility.
- Deploy and maintain physical and virtual hardware infrastructure, to include virtual machines and containers.
- Perform routine maintenance and configuration changes to various physical and virtual hosts.
- Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues on servers, workstations, and IT equipment.
- Maintain system backups and disaster recovery plans.
- Manage user accounts and permissions.
- Deploy and maintain software applications.
- Troubleshoot technical issues.
- Maintain documentation to include knowledge base, incident response actions, system configurations, and other information related to system administration.
- Provide technical support to customers, ranging from resolving technical issues to providing guidance and best-practices.
- Secure information systems and applications to current DoD guidance
- Maintain configuration and security posture of information systems through continuous monitoring and routine security events/reporting.
- Participate in project planning using Agile methodology.
- Provide networking support to on-premises infrastructure.
- Understanding and familiarity of Linux operating system and virtual networking.
REQUIREMENTS
- 4-8 years of experience deploying and maintaining physical/virtual hardware infrastructure, to include virtual machines and containers.
- Perform routine maintenance and configuration changes to various physical and virtual hosts.
- Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues on servers, workstations, and IT equipment.
- Maintain system backups and disaster recovery plans.
- Manage user accounts and permissions.
- Deploy and maintain software applications.

- Possess Risk Management Framework (RMF) compliance experience, a must (example: scanning and Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) execution)

SECURITY CLEARANCE
- Active Secret Security Clearance with ability to obtain a Top Secret
EDUCATION
- BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Engineering or an Information Technology field of study. Allowable Substitution: 3 years of additional work experience with an AA/AS degree can be substituted for BS/BA degree
