Target Salary Range: $80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.

Specifically, we are looking for aTS/SCI cleared Program Administrative Assistant to support this mission in Tampa, Florida.
Responsibilities:
Program Administrative Assistant enables Program Manager success by driving disciplined administrative execution, coordination, and priority travel support, ensuring the PM remains organized, informed, and positioned for effective leadership and program execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide primary administrative support to the Program Manager and secondary support to Program Directors, ensuring leadership alignment and continuity.
- Own and manage the PM's calendar, battle rhythm, and priorities to ensure no missed engagements and effective time utilization.
- Prepare the PM for success by developing high-quality briefs, read-aheads, talking points, and decision support materials.
- Track all taskers, action items, and suspense deadlines; drive follow-ups to closure and maintain accountability across stakeholders
- Serve as the central coordination point across PMO leadership, functional leads, subcontractors, and Government stakeholders.
- Schedule and orchestrate meetings, reviews, and leadership sessions end-to-end, including logistics and execution support.
- Capture meeting notes, decisions, and action items; maintain continuity and ensure execution follow-through.
- Maintain PMO visibility tools (e.g., Kanban, trackers, SharePoint, EAGLEVision inputs) with accurate, real-time data to support leadership awareness.
- Support Strategic Workforce Managers with onboarding and personnel coordination (access, badging, workforce alignment) to enable seamless integration of staff.
- Prepare, review, and route correspondence, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and executive-level quality.
- Serve as the primary travel coordinator for the Program Manager and Leadership Team, executing all travel (DTS authorizations, bookings, itineraries, vouchers) and coordinating complex requirements, while ensuring continuity of contract-wide personnel travel in partnership with the PMO Deployment Specialist.
- Maintain executive smart books and program documentation, and provide proactive, anticipatory support to keep the PM organized, informed, and positioned for effective program execution.
Qualifications
Required qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Travel Coordinator or similar role supporting a DoD customer at the CCMD level
- Minimum of 8 years' experience with a BS/BA or 6 years' experience with an MS/MA or 4 years' experience with a PhD. or 12 years' w/o any degree or 10 years' experience with AS/AA degree
- A current, active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level
- US citizenship is required
- Location:Tampa, FL
- On-site expectations: Full-time on-site presence required for equipment management and asset tracking
- Travel:May require occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites for logistics coordination and facility assessments
