MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Telecommunications Engineering Specialist, Mobile Device Management to join our CASTLE-NET Program team. This is a remote position .
Be a part of an agile team to provide the U.S Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) OCIO/G-6 with agile, innovative, customer focused, and cost-effective integrated enterprise IT support services in support of the USACE vision of engineering solutions for the Nation's toughest challenges.

Be a part of an agile team to provide the U.S Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) OCIO/G-6 with agile, innovative, customer focused, and cost-effective integrated enterprise IT support services in support of the USACE vision of engineering solutions for the Nation's toughest challenges.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing Mobile Device Management (MDM) and securing mobile devices within the CASTLE-NET program while ensuring consistent configuration with enterprise architecture standards.
- Providing end-user support, configuration, upgrades, problem resolution, and security remediation for phones and tablets.
- Ensuring system security, performance, and availability, while maintaining comprehensive documentation of system configurations and procedures.
- Planning and leading major technology assignments and evaluating performance results to recommend changes affecting project growth.
- Functioning as a technical expert across multiple project assignments, providing world-class IT services and responsive customer support to exceed end-user expectations.
- Strengthening the IT foundation with secure, innovative, and modernized technological solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED with 12+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field with 8+ years of experience in mobile device management.
- Significant experience with MDM principles and hands-on expertise with tools such as Microsoft Intune or VMware Workspace ONE.
- Experience conducting audits, integrating email services, and managing software deployment via MDM solutions.
- Proficiency in developing MDM documentation and implementing data security best practices to optimize compliance and efficiency.
- Must hold and maintain a DoD 8140 IAT Level II compliant certification (e.g., Security+ CE, SSCP).
- Ability to maintain relevant technical certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, RHCSA, RHCE, or VMware Certified Professional (VCP).
- Has proven ability to develop and implement effective MDM strategies to optimize security, compliance, and efficiency. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CMDSP) and familiarity with the USACE IT environment are preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP certification) or Certified Mobile Device Security Professional (CMDSP).
- Familiarity with the USACE IT environment, regulatory requirements, and data security best practices.
- Self-starter with excellent people skills who can communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive change throughout an organization.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must possess a Secret security clearance prior to starting this position.
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
