MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Telecommunications Equipment Installer and Repairer to join our CASTLE-NET Program team. This is a remote position .
Be a part of an agile team to provide the U.S Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) OCIO/G-6 with agile, innovative, customer focused, and cost-effective integrated enterprise IT support services in support of the USACE vision of engineering solutions for the Nation's toughest challenges.

Be a part of an agile team to provide the U.S Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) OCIO/G-6 with agile, innovative, customer focused, and cost-effective integrated enterprise IT support services in support of the USACE vision of engineering solutions for the Nation's toughest challenges.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing the setup, configuration, maintenance, and support of video conferencing systems while ensuring all video infrastructure components conform to standardized setups and provide redundancy.
- Installing and configuring video endpoints, providing virtual instruction to users, and maintaining comprehensive documentation and records of system configurations.
- Providing technical and management leadership on major tasks, establishing goals and plans that meet project objectives.
- Troubleshooting complex technical issues to deliver world-class IT services and responsive, dependable customer support.
- Working with all stakeholders to ensure complete and functioning systems that meet all requirements and exceed the expectations of USACE end-users.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in Information Technology or Telecommunications with 8+ years of experience in telecommunications equipment installation and repair.
- Previous training and experience with video conferencing systems such as Cisco WebEx, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams.
- Proven experience installing and configuring video endpoints, troubleshooting, and providing high-level technical support.
- Proficiency in network protocols and video conferencing tools with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Must hold and maintain an 8140 IAT Level II compliant certification (e.g., Security+ CE, SSCP) upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrates excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, and maintains currency with industry trends and best practices.
- Familiarity with the USACE IT environment, regulatory requirements, and data security, best practices are preferred.
Clearance Requirements:
- An active Secret security clearance is required prior to starting this position.
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
