Program Manager

Mayvin is looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a complex Army program office support effort for a multi‑mission radar portfolio in Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD. The PM will serve as the primary point of contact for the Government and will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all contract support activities to ensure successful program performance in support of mission objectives.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must have an active Secret clearnace or higher.

Responsibilities :

• Lead day‑to‑day contract execution, staffing cadence, and deliverable quality for a radar program portfolio (programmatic/engineering/logistics/test)
• Integrate program schedules and milestones; conduct critical‑path and schedule risk analyses; coordinate cross‑functional synchronization
• Orchestrate monthly/quarterly reporting, including cost/performance reports and trip/working group summaries
• Maintain a rigorous quality control approach that meets Government surveillance thresholds
