Work You'll Do
As a Project Delivery Specialist on the project, you will:
- Support clients in strengthening finance operations across controllership and treasury processes, with a focus on audit readiness, compliance, and reporting quality.
- Prepare and support quarterly and year-end financial reporting activities, including validating data, coordinating reporting inputs, and helping resolve reporting issues.
- Assist with audit readiness efforts by organizing support, responding to audit requests, tracking open items, and helping clients remediate documentation or control gaps.
- Perform account reconciliations, research variances, and drive discrepancy resolution to improve the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Support Treasury reporting activities, including preparation and review of reports, and help clients improve reporting timeliness and consistency.
- Evaluate existing finance and reporting processes to identify opportunities to strengthen documentation, improve controls visibility, and increase operational consistency.
- Develop process narratives, desktop procedures, control documentation, and other artifacts that enhance transparency and sustainability of finance operations.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders across finance, controllership, treasury, and audit teams to support issue resolution and implementation of process improvements.
- Use data, reporting outputs, and process observations to identify root causes of recurring issues and recommend practical improvements to compliance and close/reporting activities.
- Contribute to broader finance transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance the effectiveness of accounting, reporting, and treasury operations

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role
- Active CPA
- 10+ years of relevant experience in finance transformation, controllership, accounting operations, treasury operations, or financial reporting.
- 5+ years' experience supporting audit readiness, audit response, or internal/external audit coordination.
- 5+ years' experience with quarterly or year-end reporting, account reconciliations, and issue resolution.
- 5+ years' experience analyzing financial data and identifying reporting discrepancies, control gaps, or operational improvement opportunities.
- Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
