Job Description
Senior IT Systems Solution Architect:
The Senior IT Systems Solution Architects will be the primary point of contact to the Contractor’s resources including on contract, development, modernization, enhancement, operations and maintenance resources as well as back office resources to support the execution of the contract. They will work closely with the Product Owners, subject matter experts (SMEs) and IT Federal Project Manager (FPM) to fully understand the functional and technical requirements of the IT systems and collaborate on priorities as defined by SMEs, to refine and breakdown the work into iterations for development and implementation. They will actively participate and provide inputs in the major design decisions and work with Business Analysts, Subject matter experts (SME), system owners, customers and FPM to understand their requirements, mission, current architecture, security requirements and deliverables. With a focus on delivering prioritized business value, they will work with the team within an Agile framework to build and/or enhance the design that will scale to meet the evolving needs and comply with DevSecOps guidelines. They will design and develop to set the standard for future development, craft and maintain an architecture that smoothly works with existing infrastructure without compromising security. This key resource must demonstrate a minimum of 8 years of IT software development/architecture and support experience.

• 10+ years of application modernization, IT business solutions, and systems development
• and integration experience in the public and private sectors using Low-Code and open-
• source technologies.
• Focused expertise in automation, DevSecOps, Cloud, web-based solutions, collaboration
• and content management, and mobile solutions.
• Served as Lead Developer and IT SME federal enterprise case management system
• Well-versed in managing and deploying updates to on-prem and cloud environments,
• including AWS GovCloud and Azure.
• Served as Solution Architect for highly successful federal application.
