Job Description:
Leads functional design and requirements management for the project. Facilitates interviews, backlog refinement, and sprint planning sessions to capture user needs and translate them into functional stories. Daily, documents business processes, maps workflow logic, and updates backlog items in alignment with the development team. Collaborates with developers and testers during sprints to validate configuration and ensure user acceptance criteria are met.
