Northrop Grumman Aeronautic Systems Sector Product Support Organization is seeking a Staff Logistics Management Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will support the Triton Enterprise of systems. Primary support is for sustainment operations. The selected candidate will manage the spares, repairs and inventory process of high-value components to support real-world mission requirements. This work may include developing new requirements, project management of multiple projects and demands within the Enterprise Resource Planning tool (S4), tracking the movement of items through the repair and/or replenishment process, building up kits for delivery to field units, and selling off items through quality and DCMA inspections.
This role will be supporting our Rancho Bernardo, CA site but may be worked remotely with up to 30% travel to the Rancho Bernardo / San Diego, CA site.

Primary Level Salary Range: $133,000.00 - $199,400.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Control the efficient flow of spares, repairs, materials, services, and information between points of origin through customer placement to meet customer requirements.
- Ensure that customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints to meet financial objectives and contract requirements.
- Ensure the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration and related functions
- Integrate learning from customers, competitors, operating entities, distribution, transportation, customer service, other industries, industry groups, and professional training to continuously improve competitive position
Basic Qualifications Required
- Bachelors' degree with 12 years of relevant Logistics or Supply Chain experience; OR Masters' degree with 10 years of relevant experience; OR PhD with 8 year of relevant experience.
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs.
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs.
- Advanced understanding and application of Supply Chain principles, concepts, practices, and standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP/MRP.
Preferred Qualifications
- Supply Chain Management processes to include spares ordering, repair processes and inventory management.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the customer and prepare updates on spares and repairs as.
- Material or Labor Cost Account Manager Experience or Work Package Manager Experience desired.
- Supply Life Cycle Management, Supply Chain Management, Product Sustainment.
- Independently demonstrates the skill and ability to perform complex professional tasks.
- Project management experience.
- Defense Industry experience.
