Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Business Process Analyst - Level 2, to join our team. This role can be performed in a full-time telecommuting capacity.
This position serves as the Corporate Business Management focal point for business process excellence. This individual will support project assessments between technology teams and the business, facilitating, developing, and driving business processes and solutions. Given evolving demands, requirements, and technology, the role requires diplomacy and flexibility to balance requirements, efficiency, quality and compliance.

Primary Level Salary Range: $75,800.00 - $113,800.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

In this job, you will:
- Support the Corporate Business Management Process Excellence team focusing on business and technical processes related to Business Management.
- Define requirements and business cases for technological developments.
- Coordinate with business functions and technology teams, ascertaining system requirements, such as output requirements, data, and system techniques and controls.
- Support efforts to identify opportunities for technology insertion for operational efficiency and automation.
- Assist business management functional leads to drive standardization and process harmonization while ensuring business needs are met.
- Assist in identifying process pain points, assess change opportunities and determine the cost/benefit of implementation
- Assist in tracking projects, project status, and value metrics
- Additional duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant business process analysis professional experience - OR - Master's degree.
- Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree for candidates that possess relevant business process analysis experience.
- Experience with SAP S4 and/or Costpoint.
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), ServiceNow, Tableau and/or Power BI
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data integration, requirements gathering, documentation, and project management.
- Ability to facilitate and drive decisions and actionable plans.
- Knowledgeable about constraints associated with compliance, reporting requirements, upstream/downstream systems, etc.
