Description:
You will be the Flight Hardware Management & Task Coordinator for the Modernized Target Designation Sight/Pilotage Night Vision System (M TADS/M PNVS) Repair Team. Our team is responsible for the end to end depot level production control, modification, refurbishment, and certification of flight critical hardware-mechanical, structural, optical, avionic, and complete system assemblies-ensuring every part meets exact customer and regulatory specifications.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Flight Hardware Management & Task Coordinator you will be responsible for driving the flow of hardware through the repair floor, aligning priorities across multiple subsystems, and acting as the primary on site liaison between our Orlando engineering hub, United States Government (USG) repair operations, and internal production teams. You'll translate engineering drawings, schematics, Repair Center Procedures (RCPs), Field Advisory Bulletins (FABs) and Contractor Installation Procedures (CIPs) into actionable work plans while keeping stakeholders informed of status, constraints, and solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating depot level production control for M TADS/M PNVS hardware modifications and refurbishments.
• Prioritizing work on mechanical, structural, optical, avionic, and complete system subsystems to meet contractual deadlines.
• Monitoring and reporting hardware status throughout the work cycle; flagging constraints and proposing mitigations.
• Collaborating with field engineers of diverse disciplines to maintain an integrated internal schedule.
• Conducting technical problem analysis, generating solution options, and recommending corrective actions to customers or internal leads.
• Delivering technical training, product briefings, and hands on support to customers, vendors, and internal representatives.
• Serving as the on site customer representative, ensuring clear communication and alignment with customer requirements.
• Acting as the Task Coordinator liaison with Orlando USG repair, FMS repair, and Production Operations-organizing daily workflow, providing status updates, and driving cross site task alignment.
• Maintaining compliance with all engineering documentation, RCPs, FABs, and CIPs throughout the repair process.
