You will be the Manufacturing Engineer for the Manufacturing Engineering Team. Our team is responsible for developing tooling and equipment designs, providing production support, and researching mechanical systems.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance, therefore, U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Proficient with MS Office suite
Desired Skills:
• Knowledgeable of machine / tool mechanical design
• Knowledgeable of general manufacturing / integration processes
• Proficiency or experience with AutoCAD, CREO, or Solid Works.
• Knowledgeable of engineering materials
• Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings
• Basic knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for delivering high-quality tooling, equipment, and mechanical solutions that enable our Missiles and Fire Control products.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Develop tooling and equipment designs from specifications to complete technical data packages.
- Create design documentation using Pro-Engineer / SolidWorks in accordance with company standards.
- Provide engineering support to the production floor, troubleshooting and resolving integration issues.
- Research, plan, design, and develop mechanical, thermal-hydraulic, and electromechanical systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet production rate requirements.
