What You Will Be Doing
The Global Supply Chain (GSC) Strategic Sourcing Organization is seeking a Project Management & Planning Operations Manager, supporting Globalization & Resiliency Manager. The candidate will lead a cross functional efforts to identify and shape new opportunities (using standard templates and scoring) to reduce supply chain fragility, improve Affordability, increase Readiness, and protecting Strategic/Foundational Capabilities through the Make Buy Process while balancing and satisfying multiple strategic objectives. By coordinating with Operations & Strategy, Industrial Development, Business Development, Small Business, and Procurement, the manager ensures each opportunity is both valuable and resilient, guiding it from concept through execution. The manager is the primary point of contact for reporting progress of Aero resiliency projects to Corporate and the "Buy" side of the Make Buy process.

This position is located in Fort Worth, TX à Discover Fort Worth.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college, or university
- Supply chain management and value stream experience
- Experience in FAR/DFARS requirements
- Experience with developing and executing business strategies
- Project Management experience (PMP)
- Experience in Change Management and Continuous Improvement
- Prior formal or informal leadership experience
Desired Skills:
- Advanced knowledge in the Acquisition Lifecycle, FAR/DFARS, and Aero & Corporate policy
- Proven experience with Executive Leadership, Corporate, and cross Business Areas engagements.
- Demonstration of problem solving and innovative thinking (root cause analysis, creative alternatives)
- Skilled in risk and issue to identify opportunities for Supply Chain resiliency strategy and project management.
- Experience with developing relationships with stakeholders and cross functional teams
- Driving standard work and consistency in reporting.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
