Quattro Consulting, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a Senior Metrics and Data Analyst with expertise in hull, mechanical, and electrical systems training for a potential effort supporting the Commander, Naval Surface Group – Central (CNSG-C) in Bahrain.

The Senior Metrics and Data Analyst will have expertise in hull, mechanical, and electrical systems training to provide comprehensive engineering training and assessment support for ships reporting to CNSG-C. This position requires intermittent underway periods on naval vessels.

• Providing training for hull, mechanical, and electrical systems and assistance for all ships reporting to CNSG-C.  


• Managing project lead schedules and PowerPoint presentations for Engineering classroom and practical training, Damage Control training, DCMA, Engineering and Damage Control Focused LTTs, Engineering Critical and Non-Critical Program Management, NAVOSH Program Management, Gas Free Engineering, Damage Control Program Management, Engineering Safety Precautions, 3M, Readiness Events, and Material Inspections.  


• Maintaining a references repository and qualification process for assigned CNSG-C N44 training personnel, reporting status and challenge areas for individual ships.  


• Determining root causes for common training challenges and making recommendations for improvement.   


• Performing intermittent underway periods onboard LCSs and any Navy vessel assigned to or ADCON under CNSG-C while operating in Fifth Fleet AOR. 

This position is contingent on contract award.

Work Environment 

• Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional loud noise (airfield, large equipment).  


• Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.  

Physical Demands 

• While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear. 


• Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.

TRAVEL

Basic Qualifications 

• Current, active secret security clearance.


• Ten years of experience with development and data sources providing metrics for determining root causes of CNO Availability extensions.   


• Strong knowledge in Engineering classroom training, Damage Control training, DCMA, Engineering and Damage Control Focused LTTs, Program Management, Gas Free Engineering, Safety Precautions, 3M, Readiness Events, and Material Inspections.  


• Proficient and experienced with Microsoft Office, especially Access, Excel, and PowerPoint. 


• Willingness to perform intermittent underway periods on naval vessels.


• Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.


• Professional proficiency in English is required.


• Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.


• May be subject to US Navy medical and physical qualification guidelines.

 Preferred Qualifications

• Afloat Training Command experience preferred.  


• Strong background knowledge with Surface Force Training and Readiness Manual (SFTRM).


• Direct experience working in the Fifth Fleet.
