Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Conducting audit readiness, logistics, internal controls, compliance and remediation OR logistics reporting for complex logistical analysis of financial data to provide data-driven recommendations; Utilizing data management and analysis tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Python, and ADVANA); AND Utilizing problem-solving skills and comprehensive knowledge of structured analysis and design for automated information systems.

Help
- You will develop, refine, and issue logistics policies that embed federal audit readiness and internal control standards into all Marine Corps Logistics Management capabilities.
- You will analyze and evaluate Marine Corps logistics and financial management programs using ADVANA, Power BI and other analytics tools to determine their effectiveness in achieving financial statement audit compliance and full lifecycle support.
- You will monitor and review logistics reporting and procedural information to identify compliance gaps and implement data-driven remediation strategies for financial statement audit readiness.
- You will collaborate with stakeholders across the Marine Corps to strengthen internal controls within logistics processes and actively support the remediation of internally and externally identified audit deficiencies.
- You will initiate and develop logistics policies and procedures, which address precedent-setting, controversial, sensitive and/or complex logistics support issues.
- You will review, analyze, and evaluate current and future Marine Corps Logistics Management programs to determine their auditability and effectiveness in supporting designated systems and equipment.
