Position Overview:
MirLogic Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a federal low-code application modernization effort supporting the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). This role will oversee delivery of a Business Orchestration and Automation Technologies (BOAT) platform solution, ensuring successful execution of Proof-of-Concept (PoC), application onboarding, and sustainment activities in an Agile/DevSecOps environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end program execution across PoC, onboarding, and sustainment phases
• Serve as primary interface with Government PM, COR, and stakeholders
• Manage Agile delivery (backlog, sprint planning, release planning, velocity tracking)
• Oversee development of product roadmaps, story maps, and prioritized backlogs
• Ensure alignment with FMCSA mission systems (RICE: Registration, Inspection, Compliance, Enforcement)
• Drive cross-functional coordination between developers, analysts, and stakeholders
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across the program lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with federal security requirements (FISMA, NIST, Privacy Act)
• Oversee ATO support activities and DevSecOps pipeline execution
• Provide executive-level reporting, briefings, and status updates
Required Qualifications:
• 10+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience
• 5+ years managing Agile software development programs
• Experience leading federal IT modernization or application development programs
• Strong experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, backlog management, sprint planning)
• Experience supporting DevSecOps environments and cloud-based systems
• Knowledge of federal compliance frameworks (NIST 800-53, FISMA, ATO process)
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement
• PMP, SAFe, or Agile certification preferred
• Experience with low-code platforms (Appian, ServiceNow, Unqork, Power Platform)
