Location: Hybrid – Remote with On-Site Support as Required (Dot-HQ)
Clearance: Public Trust/ Ability to pass Federal Background Investigation

Position Overview:
MirLogic Solutions is seeking a Senior Software Developer to lead the design and development of low-code applications within a BOAT platform environment. This role will support development of mission-critical applications including case management systems, workflow automation, and data-driven applications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Design and develop low-code applications using BOAT platform technologies
• Build end-to-end workflows, automation, and case management solutions
• Develop user interfaces for data submission, tracking, and reporting
• Implement authentication (Login.gov, DOT MyAccess) and role-based access controls
• Integrate applications with APIs and external data sources
• Support Agile development lifecycle (user stories, sprints, demos, releases)
• Conduct system testing, performance optimization, and defect resolution
• Contribute to DevSecOps pipeline and CI/CD processes
• Ensure compliance with federal security and ATO requirements
Required Qualifications:
• 7-10+ years of software development experience
• Experience with low-code or rapid application development platforms
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies
• Strong experience with BOAT platforms (Appian, Unqork, ServiceNow, Power Platform)
• Experience building scalable, user-facing applications
• Experience integrating APIs and external systems
• Knowledge of secure application development practices
• Preferred experience supporting federal IT systems or ATO processes.
