Job Description:
We are seeking SharePoint Developers (Junior to Senior Levels) to design, develop, and implement enterprise-level solutions utilizing Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and the Power Platform in support of NAVSEA Professional Support Services for Engineering Support.
Responsibilities include:
Junior:
The projected compensation range for this position is $73,000-170,500. There are numerous factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the role, work location, education/certifications, and a contract's Labor Categories.

Job Description:
We are seeking SharePoint Developers (Junior to Senior Levels) to design, develop, and implement enterprise-level solutions utilizing Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and the Power Platform in support of NAVSEA Professional Support Services for Engineering Support.
Responsibilities include:
- Designs and implements applications utilizing Office 365, Microsoft Power Platform suite (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI), and SharePoint.
- Designs and implements custom applications leveraging PowerApps foundational technologies including connectors, forms, and flows.
- Collects, analyzes, and synthesizes information from several different resources to support reporting and business processes.
- Models, organizes, and analyzes data to create reports and build interactive dashboards.
- Maintains thorough understanding of permission groups and access control across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and related environments.
- Understands and applies data security principles, including row-level security and data sensitivity controls.
- Prepares and explores data to support decision-making and insight generation.
- Conveys insights effectively through reporting, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Translates business requirements into Power Platform and SharePoint solutions.
Junior:
- A high school degree, or a GED, and three (3) years of relevant experience in computer science or information technology or related functional area, OR
- a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, OR
- a master's degree in a relevant field.
- A high school degree, or a GED, and ten (10) years of relevant experience in computer science or information technology or related functional area, OR
- a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and five (5) years relevant experience in computer science or information technology or related functional area, OR
- a master's degree in a relevant field.
- A high school degree, or a GED, and more than twenty (20) years of relevant experience in computer science or information technology or related functional area, OR
- a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in computer science or information technology or related functional area, OR
- a master's degree in a relevant field and ten (10) years of relevant experience in computer science or information technology or related functional area.
- Microsoft SharePoint, Web Design, Security+, or other relevant Microsoft and Power Platform certifications supporting enterprise application development and data analytics environments
- Interim or Active Secret
- High school diploma/GED with additional years of experience, or a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, as outlined under the required qualifications for the applicable level.
- Monday-Friday, on-site at the Navy Yard, Washington, D.C.
