Job Description
GridironIT is looking to hire a Business Analyst to facilitate system training with end users and stakeholder groups. Prepare system training materials. Which is captured in the skills requirement of having Change Management Training and Communication experience. Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information which is captured in the skills requirement of Accenture Delivery Methods, and preferred experience with ServiceNow and PeopleSoft.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Range: $40-50 hourly (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
