Job Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Embedded Software Engineer for a contract opportunity in Orlando, FL.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
Must have an active secret clearance 6+ years of Real-time embedded software development experience 6+ years with Ada programming language, software development & maintenance experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Linux/VxWorks operating systems experience Integration and test experience involving software and hardware Experience as a software engineer working with multi-disciplined teams GitLab CI/CD Pipelines GoogleTest or similar Unit test tool
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
WORK HOURS:
Full-Time 4/10 work schedule 1st Shift
ADDITIONAL:
Candidate must have ACTIVE SECRET clearance to start.
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
