Job Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Systems Engineer for a contract opportunity in Fort Worth, TX.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
5+ years of recent aircraft fuel system design experience. Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or other relevant engineering degree.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports development activities on complex aircraft fuel systems from initial design through verification and flight test. Design activities include system architecture development and layout, component selection, and system analysis to ensure compliance with requirements. Supports system testing and overall platform flight testing. Coordinates with suppliers for component selection, timelines, and qualification/delta qualification to meet system requirements. Coordinates with other system owner teams to ensure fuel system integrates into overall platform. Supports Air Worthiness efforts on fuel system. Provides updates to integrated master schedule (IMS) to support ongoing program management effort of overall system design.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Active Secret Clearance.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
