Summary:
• Design, operate, and enhance cloud observability solutions.
• Leverage expertise in DevOps, Kubernetes, Helm, and critical AWS services.
• Focus on developing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code within Agile/Scrum teams.
• Utilize advanced monitoring tools for robust system oversight.
• Ensure high system reliability, effective incident response, and compliance with security and governance standards.
Qualifications & Compensation:
Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Years of experience: 10+ years
Salary: $227k+ yearly compensation
Job Description:
• Design, implement, and optimize cloud observability solutions and platforms.
• Apply extensive expertise in DevOps methodologies and practices.
• Manage and deploy containerized applications using Kubernetes and Helm.
• Administer and configure a range of AWS services including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and DynamoDB.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Python, and Bash.
• Implement and manage Continuous Integration (CI) pipelines with tools such as Jenkins/Hudson and Docker.
• Collaborate effectively within Agile/Scrum development teams.
• Utilize the ELK stack (Logstash, Elasticsearch, Kibana) for comprehensive monitoring, logging, and analytics.
• Conduct thorough requirements analysis for system enhancements and new features.
• Ensure robust system reliability, performance, and effective incident response.
• Adhere to and enforce security, governance, and compliance standards, including PKI principles.
• Facilitate team collaboration and documentation using JIRA and Confluence.
• Contribute to software development, systems engineering, and software architecture initiatives.
• Develop clear and concise technical documentation and communicate complex information effectively.
