Chipton-Ross is seeking 10 MH-139 Operations Technicians (Level C) for a contract opportunity in Cheyenne, WY.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)

REQUIRED EDUCATION
Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate+2 years' related work, Bachelor, etc.).
TRAVEL
10%-25% travel possible. Travel to other northern US Air Force bases and some international military bases
WORK HOURS: MUST BE OPEN TO WORKING 1st, 2nd or 3rd SHIFT.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)
- Minimum of 3 years' experience with Military aircraft maintenance
- Must have thorough knowledge of aircraft unique tools such as test equipment, torque wrenches, dial indicators, micrometers, sheet metal brakes and sheers.
- Must be willing to work variable shifts
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Mechanic, Avionics & Structures positions available
- Assembles, disassembles and/or modifies systems by changing, removing, replacing or upgrading aerospace vehicle components to correct failures or implement changes
- Oversees assembly, disassembly or overhaul
- Configures aerospace vehicles and bench test equipment
- Troubleshoots complex pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components.
- Performs validation/verification testing of systems and components
- Documents procedures and established processes to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance (e.g., repairs, test results, applicable modifications and inspection results)
- Inspects components and verifies repairs for flight worthiness requirements
- Works under general direction
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)
- Experience with MH-139 maintenance and/or modifications
- Experience with rotorcraft maintenance
- Hold or held an Airframe and Power plant (A&P) License
- General Mechanic experience desirable
