Description
The contractor shall manage cost, schedule, and performance of facility projects at both JSMC and Scranton, PA in support of
PM Abrams. The contractor shall perform technical evaluations on equipment and facilities projects, including building improvement,
machinery improvement projects, and work orders. The contractor shall provide cost evaluation of the projects. The contractor shall
provide additional analyses as needed by the Government including but not limited to requirements analysis, technology assessments, risk
analysis and mitigation, configuration management, interface management, performance measurements, and effectiveness analyses. The
contractor shall maintain knowledge of the scope of work of equipment and facility projects managed by the Abrams program office. The
contractor shall monitor and track day-to-day status and project development. The contractor shall conduct on-site walkthroughs and
documenting project execution progress. The contractor shall report day-to-day status and project development to the Government
facilities lead and Abrams program office. The contractor shall identify and analyze equipment and facilities problems and recommending
solutions to the Government facilities lead and Abrams program office. The contractor shall collect, track, and report on equipment and
facilities projects progress metrics. The contractor shall attend meetings to support the Abrams equipment and facilities projects. The
contractor shall communicate via phone, email, and Microsoft TEAMS. Location is Lima, OH.
Qualifications
Secret Clearance required.
Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
No experience required, as long as educational requirement is met.
