Description
The contractor shall provide FMS with a copy of the weekly GFM inventory receipts. (CDRL A010) The contractor shall work with GDLS on
GFM accountability and highlight to FMS any GFM items that have any delivery or quality issues. The contractor shall ensure the GFM
being sent out for return to the supply system or repair is being properly accounted for and tracked. The contractor shall monitor the
day-to-day status of GFM, potential line stoppers, and critical parts shortages between JSMC and ANAD. The contractor shall assist with
verifying receipt of armor deliveries. The contractor shall physically verify the location and quantity of GFM on an as needed basis.
The contractor shall verify the GFM quantities shipped to JSMC and report any discrepancies to the FMS program office. The contractor's
physical presence at JSMC is required due to the constant shipment of parts to and from JSMC; some telework may be approved upon
request. The contractor shall be involved with problem solving issues related to GFM, including hand count of GFM, relabeling mislabeled
parts sent from contractors/depots, as well as other GFM related actions required by the FMS program office. The contractor shall write
and issue GFM PQDRs. The contractor shall notify GDLS of actions required on this material and log, save, and process all associated
documentation. The contractor shall handle and process the documentation on older PQDR actions (e. g. exhibit requests, close-out
actions, additional information or explanation). The contractor shall communicate via phone, email, and Microsoft TEAMS.

Secret Clearance is required.
Minimum 15 years specialized experience in working with/on tracked or wheeled combat vehicles in military or civilian capacity, working directly with PM offices, and working onsite at military installations
