Job Description
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Product Manager to join our team.
The Product Manager will leverage their strong technical background and knowledge to establish the product's vision, strategy, and outcome-driven roadmap. You will help ensure the right product is built by balancing user needs, measurable business outcomes, and technical feasibility while managing the product backlog and communicating strategy to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Ensuring the right product is built by balancing user needs, measurable business outcomes, and technical feasibility.
- Communicating the vision and strategy to various audiences, tailoring the message to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Defining and tracking product metrics to demonstrate success and inform future product decisions.
- Generating assumptions and designing experiments to collect data and de-risk critical product decisions.
- Writing user stories and participating in user research trips with warfighters worldwide to collect customer requirements.
- Working with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure complete and functioning systems that meet all requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in product management.
- Significant experience with lean startup principles and agile software development methodologies.
- Proven ability to break down complex problems into measurable parts, build feature stories, and prioritize a backlog.
- Experience launching new products and improving existing ones while leading or supporting user research.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP certification).
- Previous professional experience as a designer or engineer.
- Experience with the Sponsor's primary cyber risk and compliance automation tools.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen with an active Secret clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI
Physical Requirements:
- You must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- You will need to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery.
- This role requires you to frequently communicate with co-workers, management, and customers.
- You must be able to exchange accurate information in all professional situations.
