Fun stuff you will do on the job:
- Provide critical call center support for complex environments, operating systems, servers and workstations.
- Coordinates and performs complex software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages.
- Schedules, installations and upgrades in accordance with established IT policies and procedures.
- Monitors and reports issues to system owners to ensure optimum performance levels and system integrity while minimizing downtime. Ensures workstation/server data integrity by evaluating, implementing, and managing appropriate software and hardware solutions of varying complexities.
- Assist system owners with hardware and software audits of workstations and servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.
- Assist Tier 2 administrators with the development, implementation and promotion of standard operating procedures and schedules.
Qualifications
This is you:
- Bachelors Degree or four years of relevant experience in the following fields:
- Windows operating systems
- Trouble ticket administration
- Call center customer service
- Current Security + certification.
- Must have a current Secret security clearance.
