Job Description
One Federal Solution is seeking a motivated Parking Attendant Supervisor to support our Government client in Washington, DC. This role is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of parking operations across designated parking facilities.
Parking Attendant Supervisor Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily parking operations and ensure proper staffing coverage across all parking facilities.
Train staff on established procedures, coordinate work schedules, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve operational issues.
Direct vehicle parking, relocate vehicles as needed, and position or remove barricades to control access to restricted areas.
Assist customers in locating their vehicles, inspect vehicles for damage, and promptly report any issues.
Maintain strong communication and collaboration with Parking Program staff, including immediate reporting of all parking violations.
Promote positive customer relations by consistently delivering high-quality customer service.
Perform all duties with professionalism while strictly adhering to vehicle safety and customer service policies.
Parking Attendant Supervisor Qualifications:
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in parking operations.
Active Secret Clearance
Valid driver’s license with at least three (3) years of driving experience.
Acceptable driving record, including:
No more than one (1) safety violation or at-fault accident within the past twelve (12) months, and no more than two (2) within the past three (3) years.No more than three (3) points currently on driving record.No DUI or DWI offenses within the past five (5) years.
Must pass pre-employment and periodic drug screenings with no negative results.
