You will be the Process Engineer Stf (Level 4) for the Process Engineering Team. Our team is responsible for maintaining and optimizing production processes across heat-treatment, conversion coatings, anodic coatings, and paint lines.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
- Technical Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years material processing experience
- Experience with coatings
- Ability to manage complex projects
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with MIL-STD-186 processes
- Experience with capital acquisition projects
- Ability to work with a team to drive results
- Ability to travel locally to vendors as required
- Chemical Engineering Degree
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and qualify new materials and technologies.
- Document process parameters, lessons learned, and best-practice guidelines for knowledge sharing.
