Who You Are
You are a motivated engineer with proven experience in vibro-acoustic, thermal and fatigue analysis of aerospace subsystems. You thrive working independently, are detail-oriented, and excel at translating complex data into actionable requirements. Collaborative by nature, you partner effectively with suppliers and internal teams to drive airworthiness and sustainment outcomes for advanced fighter platforms.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering technical discipline such as Mechanical, Aerospace, or Electrical
Desired Skills:
- Experience with mechanical and avionics subsystem qualification and service life management, including:
* Low-cycle fatigue, particularly thermal cycling and duty cycling of avionics boxes and circuit boards
* High-cycle fatigue of mechanical and electrical components
* Strength testing, i.e. proof, burst, shock, and acceleration testing
* Environmental testing
- Knowledge of high voltage design and test criteria
- Knowledge of Lead-free electronics risk management
- Efficient with MS Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both oral and written
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

- Define and establish airworthiness requirements for avionics and mechanical components.
- Work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure mission-critical reliability.
