Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Coordinator
Duration:3 Months with extension
Location: San Diego California 92121
Shift Time: 8:30am - 5:00pm PST

JOB DESCRIPTION
Top 7 Required Skills (Primarily a driver with receiving skills a plus)

Experience with shipping and Receiving programs (They use Oracle)

Communicating via Email

Transacting sales orders, purchase orders, and/or invoices.

Maintain accurate shipping information

Customer service

Basic Computer / tech knowledge

Technologies (What must this temp know to perform the required job duties (These are not preferred technologies - If they do not have these technologies they will be rejected completely)

Required Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Years of Experience
• 1+

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Able to stand all day and lifting boxes through-out the day.
• Able to lift between 35-50 pounds as needed

Driving Requirements

• Forklift Requirement? NO (but if they have experience, that's a bonus!)
• Are there driving responsibilities no matter how minimal with this role? Yes
• If yes, how many hours per week? This position will be driver and receiving/shipping. Driving can be 100% M-F to 0% and receiving/shipping in-between. Need flexible person.
• Qualcomm driving clearance will be required after starting
• Someone able to drive goods to/from buildings in San Diego Qualcomm area. Also, receiving department for receiving items into ORACLE for building M. Able to lift items to load into truck.
• 28 Buildings Total in San Diego, will be required to drive around dropping and picking up items.
