Key Responsibilities
- Configure, deploy, and manage VDI environments using Citrix
- Support VDI infrastructure across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments
- Monitor system performance and optimize VDI environments for scalability and reliability
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to virtual desktop environments
- Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure system integrity and compliance
- Implement enhancements and upgrades to improve user experience and system performance
- Maintain documentation for VDI configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures
Required Qualifications
- Experience with configuration, deployment, and management of Citrix VDI platforms
- Experience managing VDI infrastructure in on-premises, hybrid, or cloud environments (e.g., VMware)
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- IAM Level II certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Citrix 2402 LTSR
- Experience with NetScaler
