Job Summary:
Crisis1, LLC is seeking an Intermediate Technical Analyst to support financial and acquisition lifecycle activities for the U.S. Coast Guard CG-835. This role will focus on end-to-end transaction management, financial oversight, and compliance for intra-governmental agreements and reimbursable work activities.

$95,000 - $100,000

Crisis1, LLC is seeking an Intermediate Technical Analyst to support financial and acquisition lifecycle activities for the U.S. Coast Guard CG-835. This role will focus on end-to-end transaction management, financial oversight, and compliance for intra-governmental agreements and reimbursable work activities.
Base Salary/Pay:
$95,000 - $100,000
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Manage full lifecycle of intra-governmental financial transactions (IAA/IRWA).
- Serve as primary liaison for customers on transaction execution and closeout.
- Monitor financial activity including obligations, receivables, and UDOs.
- Perform reconciliations and resolve financial discrepancies across systems.
- Support use of G-Invoicing and federal financial systems (FSMS, GL, APMS).
- Ensure compliance with federal financial regulations and policies.
- Provide advisory support on financial processes and best practices.
- Maintain documentation and audit readiness for all transactions.
- Support reporting requirements and financial performance tracking.
- Experience in federal financial management, resource management, or acquisition.
- Knowledge of interagency transactions and appropriations law.
- Familiarity with financial reconciliation and reporting processes.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a DHS suitability determination and HSPD-12 PIV card.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- Bachelor's + 2 years relevant experience or;
- 10+ years equivalent experience in related field.
