Business/Data Analyst
Location: 100% REMOTE - may be asked to take up to 4 trips per calendar year to Lexington, MA if the program/project requires it. Candidates MUST be able to work an EST schedule in order to be considered for this role

About the Role:
Aquila Technology is seeking a Business Data Analyst to join our team in support of one of the nation's premier defense research organizations. This role will drive data quality standards, identify & implement process improvements, and ensure an accurate representation of assets & services in ServiceNow. As the organization continues to expand and rely more heavily on complex IT systems, maintaining an accurate visibility into that infrastructure and services provided is critical for ensuring operational efficiency and minimizing risk. The challenge of maintaining an accurate, up-to-date Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and comprehensive service monitoring requires skilled personnel with an understanding of system architecture and the ability to communicate at a technical level with subject matter experts and on a conversation level with non-technical users.

Work from Home: This position is REMOTE. The candidate is able to work remotely from any location. They may be asked to take up to 4 trips per calendar year to Lexington, MA if the program/project requires it. Candidates MUST be able to work an EST schedule in order to be considered for this role.
Interview Process: The first-round interview will be a Zoom call with the hiring manager. The second-round interview will be a Zoom with additional team members as needed. Potential for a 3rd final round interview.
