Job Description:
The ideal candidate has experience in thermal protective systems application.
Position Responsibilities/ Basic Requirements:
* Experience with primer mixing and applications.
* Thermal Protection Systems (TPS) foam application preferred
* Experience interpreting complex blueprints and process documents.
* Works on structures and systems using established drawings and requirements
* Ability to work with chemicals for applications on product
* Understands mixing ratios of chemicals and there application
* Able to work in tight space for extended periods of time
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
* Experience working on a NASA Program
* Experience in a clean room environment
* Manufacturing experience in human spaceflight, spaceflight, or aircraft hardware
* Experience and/or coursework in thermal protective systems
Education / Experience:
High school diploma or GED and typically 1 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
