PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking a Sr Supplier Quality Engineer, in Clearwater, FL. Job Id#217528
Job Description:
Lead supplier quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with Honeywell's quality standards.
Conduct supplier audits to assess supplier capabilities and identify areas for improvement. Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics. 6+ years of experience in supplier quality engineering or a related role.
Strong knowledge of quality engineering practices and methodologies.
Experience in conducting supplier audits and driving supplier performance improvement.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings to disposition hardware.
Strong project management skills and the ability to influence and negotiate with suppliers.
WE VALUE
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Experience in leading supplier development initiatives and driving supplier performance improvement.
Six Sigma certification or knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
