Requirements
- Current active Top Secret / SCI clearance.
- You have achieved a Master's Degree + 5 years / Bachelor's Degree + 7 / 10+ years of relevant experience.
- You have demonstrated experience with GIS, data schemas, and geo-referencing of information to support operational geospatial intelligence environments.
- Knowledge of extraction and metadata specifications to ensure data integrity, useability, and discoverability across enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) architecture, including best practices for data normalization and database performance tuning / optimization.
- Experience working with enterprise geodatabase such as Spatial Database Engines (SDEs) within large-scale data environment.
- Proficiency with tools including ArcGIS Suite, ArcGIS Server, Excel, Access, SQL, and Oracle for the storage, organization, maintenance, and management of spatial data.
