Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w. Full Scope Polygraph to be considered for this position.
Summary:
● The program develops a very large and well known internal facing application system that is used throughout the enterprise.
● There is ample opportunity for growth and learning, leveraging new technologies to address evolving challenges while delivering a high-impact, visible products.
● Depending on the team selected, there is a possibility of telework depending on the team selected (2 days a week after 90 days on the program).
Qualifications & Compensation:
● $307K/yr+ (1880 hours/year)
● Polygraph within the last six years (no exceptions)
● Twelve (12) years minimum experience and a High School Diploma/GED.
● Ten (10) years minimum experience and an Associate's Degree.
● Eight (8) years minimum experience and a Bachelor's Degree.
● Six (6) years minimum experience and a Master's Degree.
● Four (4) years minimum experience and a Doctorate's Degree.
Job Description:
Design and optimize modern development pipelines for web applications. Build scalable pipelines for frontend and backend systems using React.js, Angular.js, Python, and Vue.js. Manage continuous integration and continuous deployment with AWS services and Jenkins.
Preferred Requirements:
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub pipelines, Jenkins or similar)
• Deep understanding of pipeline design, caching, parallelization and artifact management
• Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux
• Experience configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing Linux-based environments
• Familiarity with system level networking, permissions, and performance tuning
• Experience with implementing and deploying containers within Linux environments
• Experience with Docker/Podman or Docker/Podman Compose
• Knowledge of deploying and tagging to container repositories
• Experience with deploying and managing container platforms
Desired Skills:
• Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, etc)
• Experience deploying and managing applications in AWS environments
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js/Typescript)
• Experience supporting Python-based services (FastAPI, Flask, Django or similar)
• Knowledge of build systems (Npm/yarn, Vite/Webpack, Angular CLI)
• Experience with unit testing (Jest, Pytest)
• Experience with E2E testing (Cypress, Playwright)
• Scripting languages (Python, Bash)
