Position Summary
The Lead Escort serves as the onsite supervisory authority for all Escort Officials, responsible for operational control, scheduling, accountability, and direct coordination with U.S. Government stakeholders. This individual is the primary contractor representative for the execution of the PWS and ensures continuous escort coverage in restricted and controlled areas.

Position Summary
The Lead Escort serves as the onsite supervisory authority for all Escort Officials, responsible for operational control, scheduling, accountability, and direct coordination with U.S. Government stakeholders. This individual is the primary contractor representative for the execution of the PWS and ensures continuous escort coverage in restricted and controlled areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior onsite representative for Escort Program Services
- Plan, schedule, and assign escort personnel to meet Government requirements
- Maintain real-time accountability of all escorts' locations and duty status
- Respond to CO, COR, and PMO requests within two (2) hours
- Ensure escorts comply with DAFI 31‑101, local installation instructions, and the Base Defense Plan
- Submit monthly activity reports by the 3rd business day of each month
- Maintain personnel rosters, clearance tracking, training records, and timekeeping data
- Supervise compliance with security, safety, OPSEC, AT, and CUI/PII requirements
- Coordinate escort operations across multiple concurrent construction projects
- Ensure adequate staffing to support normal duty hours and surge/after‑hours requirements
- Actively manage and correct performance deficiencies or security violations
- Tier‑1 (NACI) background investigation (current and in scope)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Misawa Air Base Restricted Area Badge (RAB)
- Eligible for designation under the 35th Fighter Wing Escort Program
- Demonstrated supervisory or team lead experience in security, escort, or facilities operations
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain flightline driving privileges
- Prior DoD installation or OCONUS experience
- Familiarity with USAF security procedures and construction escort operations
- Experience supporting IDIQ or requirements contracts
