Position Summary
The Contract Manager is responsible for overall contract execution, compliance, reporting, staffing, financial management, and coordination with the U.S. Government.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain full responsibility for contract performance IAW the PWS
- Act as primary managerial and contractual POC with the CO and PMO
- Manage staffing, surge capability, and workforce continuity
- Oversee compliance with invoicing, deliverables, and reporting requirements
- Ensure subcontractor and teaming partner performance
- Lead Program Management Reviews (PMRs)
- Ensure Quality Control Plan implementation and corrective actions
- Experience managing DoD service contracts
- Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS concepts
- Demonstrated ability to manage OCONUS operations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
