[Responsibilities]
- Plan, implement, and maintain integration and testing solutions for diverse components, subsystems, and systems
- Translate customer requirements into actionable test strategies that balance technical, schedule, and cost constraints
- Develop, direct, and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules for complete systems and subsystems
- Establish and document functional and technical specifications and standards
- Solve hardware and software interface challenges and define input/output parameters
- Analyze and report on test results to verify and validate system performance and compliance
- Write discrepancy reports and conduct regression testing on integrations and fixes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate subsystem and system-level testing activities
[Required Skills and Experience]
- Active interim or secret clearance at time of application
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years hands-on LabVIEW experience
- 3+ years direct RF testing experience
[Preferred Skills]
- Experience integrating COTS/GOTS hardware and software
- Proficiency in writing system-level evaluation reports
- Familiarity with regression testing methodologies
- Strong documentation and report-writing capabilities
