Job Description
Indotronix is seeking an :Production Coordinator Level A, San Antonio, Texas.
Shift: 1st shift, 5:00 AM to 2:30 PM
OT/weekend work: As required
Clearance: Secret (post start)
High school diploma or GED
Key Responsibilities:
Route materials to designated storage locations in accordance with established storage procedures. Conduct regular inventory checks and report any material deterioration or damage. Remove and issue materials from storage and prepare them for shipment. Review and analyze production schedules to ensure availability of required materials and hardware. Identify, investigate, and resolve material-related issues to maintain adherence to quality standards, schedules, and cost targets. Perform inventory analysis and support configuration control activities when required. Order parts, tools, and materials as needed to support operations. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including tool control, FOD (Foreign Object Debris), housekeeping, and inventory control standards. Perform assigned duties across all shifts while adhering to safety requirements. Support additional tasks as directed by supervision and management.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1-4 years of experience in warehouse inventory management, including parts accuracy and accountability.
Basic computer knowledge and competency.
Ability to obtain or currently hold a valid forklift license.
Education:
High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required.
