SOSi is seeking a Deputy Project Manager to support the Project Manager in overseeing contract performance and execution. The Deputy Project Manager assists in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating resources, and ensuring task order requirements are met. This role serves as the alternate point of contact with the U.S. Government (USG) and acts on behalf of the Project Manager in their absence. The duties and responsibilities listed are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.
This role is to assist in ensuring continuous, safe, and efficient delivery of essential services for an initial population of approximately 20 personnel, with the capability to scale operations to support up to 200 personnel during surge periods.

Essential Job Duties
- Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring safety is the highest priority in the workplace.
- Comply with all Environmental & Safety and Quality Assurance requirements and goals; provide necessary documentation support.
- Assist in managing, monitoring, and tracking services across the task order.
- Support the Project Manager in ensuring all contract requirements are met.
- Serve as the alternate Contractor representative to the USG when required.
- Assist in allocating and managing staff resources according to changing needs.
- Help identify problem areas and support responses to mission requirements.
- Support planning and execution of projects and operational activities.
- Assist in controlling resources and monitoring staff proficiency and qualifications.
- Track locations and activities of assets and ensure accurate reporting.
- Coordinate the flow of information between staff and USG representatives.
- Assist in resolving operational and personnel issues.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Active Secret Government Security Clearance.
- Fifteen (10) years of support services and/or facilities management experience
- Minimum five (3) years managing services for large facilities or operations
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, Facilities, Contracts, or related field OR ten (10) years of direct project management experience in lieu of degree
- Valid driver's license from home of record
- Strong English proficiency
- U.S. citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Professional Maintenance Manager (CPMM) or similar certification
- Overseas facilities management experience.
- Prior international experience, especially in austere or harsh environments.
- Demonstrated ability to support large, complex contracts and multi-functional teams

- Work is performed both indoors and outdoors, in various weather conditions.
